   empowering people through recognizing and utilizing their strengths and resources to help them find solutions to their
   problems.   We believe in  the  innate ability of each person to draw from their life's experiences and  find workable and  
   manageable steps towards resolving their difficulties.  This can be achieved  as the client and therapist or  coach work
   together in a collaborative way to identify existing competencies, past successes and build a preferred future.
