Participants will view and process MCC coaching recordings and observe each other and give feedback through the lens of the MCC competencies. There will be guest MCC coaches who will share their experience through the MCC journey. I will share industry knowledge and insights while helping participants develop their own unique MCC style.” Debbie Hogan, MCC, Coach, Mentor, Trainer
