Clinical supervision plays an important part in the development of healthcare professionals – a supportive relationship that facilitates learning and growth, increases professionalism and reduces stress. This workshop will help you learn more about the solution focused approach to supervision. Whether you are a new, experienced or wannabe supervisor, this workshop will help you develop confidence and competence in your supervision abilities. The workshop will use discussion, real supervision examples., live supervision and small group exercises.

About the Trainer:
Jane is a UK-trained Clinical Psychologist based in Singapore, where she runs her own practice offering therapy, coaching, supervision, and training. With over 3,000 hours of experience as a clinical and coaching supervisor, she has supervised individuals since 2006, groups since 2011, and trained healthcare professionals to become supervisors since 2014. An Approved Supervisor with the Singapore Psychological Society and an Accredited Coach Supervisor with the EMCC, Jane has worked in Singapore for over 12 years, exploring how supervision and therapy models can be adapted across cultures. She has authored numerous chapters on Solution Focused clinical supervision and edited the book Solution Focused Coaching Supervision (2024).
