The structure of the program was the perfect combination of informed input on what it takes to Do MCC coaching and Be an MCC level coach, while experiencing the psychological safety needed for learning with other senior colleagues. Debbie and Dave’s affiliation with both the ICF and the EMCC attract leaders from around the coaching world to share their personal MCC journeys to enrich our learning. “I am delighted to share my experience with the MCC Coaching Training Program led by an exceptional trainer Debbie Hogan. The well-designed structure of the program fostered a deep understanding through coaching reflection, peer sharing and review, enabling me to explore and enhance my MCC coaching skills. One standout feature of the program was the comprehensive review of past successful and failed coaching audio sessions. This practical approach allowed me to listen to effective MCC coaching techniques in action, providing a rich learning experience that brings to real-life application of the ICF competencies.

The personalised guidance by my mentor coach, Dave Hogan, who provided constructive feedback tailored to my coaching style, further contributed to my development as a potential MCC coach.
